Questions 1 How long does dispatch and delivery take?

All in-stock orders are generally sent within 24 hours of placing an order (weekends and public holidays excepted). Please check the product information page for the approximate dispatch time or contact us for exact stock availability. Once items are dispatched, regular Australia Post delivery times apply.

Questions 2 Where are you located?

We are located in Sydney.

Questions 3 What is the shipping time frame?

We dispatch parcels from our Sydney warehouse on daily basis. Please see the below shipping times for all Australian states:

NSW 1-3 Days
VIC 3-5 Days
QLD 2-5 Days
TAS 3-6 Days
SA 3-6 Days
WA 4-7 Days
NT 5-7 Days

 

The above should be used as a guide only. We use Australia Post eParcel for shipping. If you do not receive your parcel within the time frame described as above, please allow 7 days for delivery by Australia Post Standard shipping method.

Questions 4 Do you offer faster delivery?

If you required your goods to be delivered much faster, we recommend the Express Post shipping option which is generally delivered within 1-2 days metro areas. Additional charges will apply to the Express Shipping.

Questions 6 Can I return my purchases?

Yes. You can return faulty items. For change of mind returns, please read our terms and conditions for details.

Questions 7 How long does a refund take?

The time it takes for a refund to get paid back into your account depends on a number of things. These include the way you paid for the transfer and how long your bank takes to process refunds.

Refunds for Bank Transfers

Generally, a bank transfer takes between 0–3 working days to appear back in your account.

Refunds to Credit or Debit Card
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund can take up to 10 working days to go back into your account. The reason it can take so long is because both our provider and the bank that issued your card need to process the refund.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do to speed up this process. But if you’ve been waiting for more than 10 working days, please get in touch with us so we can check if something’s gone wrong.

Refunds to PayPal
If you paid for your transfer by PayPal, the time it takes to get refund varies depends on the payment method of your original payment. Please check the refunds information from PayPal official website. Once your returns have been processed. We will process refund straight away from our end of PayPal.

Questions 8 What is the warranty for products sold by us?

10 Year Warranty

Ohandle warrants that it will, at its option, repair or replace any cabinet handles that suffer a failure due to a defect in the materials or manufacturing process within 10 years from the date of purchase.

The 10 year warranty do not cover defects caused by, but not limited to, any of the following:

accident, maltreatment, neglect, improper handling or failure to follow the supplied care directions; exposure to direct heat or excessive moisture; and alterations, modifications, repair or use of the product which is inconsistent
